So today I suppose this is the big day, Canada Day to be precise. Through the years of my life I learned that I have a pretty good country that does a lot of stuff for me like; supply Canadians with free health care, help Canadians with post secondary education by off setting the costs with government funding, reduced laws if you end up getting in shit, but I am not to the extreme patriotic about my country because I view people as people and not by their originating nationality. Maybe this is because I live in a society of diversity. The main thing I like about Canada is the diversity with the people here. Everyone has a different background of ancestors from many different countries. For those of you who may not know, Canada is really like a patch quilt. There are different communities all over that come together to make a whole. This begins to become really fascinating because with all these different cultures you are able to get an idea of the traditions of other countries without even physically going there. Canada also has it's other perks besides free health care and its our legality about marijuana. You can find weed anywhere here. There are laws on marijuana use but they are very limited. If you get busted with a couple grams it's likely the cop will just take your weed and let you go. The laws become different if you are trafficking or supplying so it would be in your best interest not to do so. Turning on different note Canada usually is a very clean country. We have a lot of trees in Ontario, In the prairies its very flat usually occupied with farmers, In BC you can find the Rocky Mountains were people like to snowboard, ski and up north it's just fricken cold as hell most people don't live up their. Very fair east you got PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador usually people like to fish for crab, cod with those big fisher boats. That probably is a very vague description and certainly there are way more activities and places to visit here but if I had to describe them all it would probably take days. All I can say now is if you would like to see more you would just have to come visit. Happy Canada Day!
